Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 2, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how [ENTITY NAME] (“Oraysai,” “we” or “us”) handles information in connection with Oraysai.com and the educational tools, SugyaMaps, media and Client Portal offered through the site (together, the “Services”). We want every learner to understand, before sharing anything, how information moves through the Services.
1. Information We Collect
We collect: (a) account information you provide, such as your name, email address and login credentials; (b) content you submit, such as questions, prompts, uploaded texts, notes and feedback (“Submissions”); (c) the answers, maps and other output the Services generate in response (“Results”); and (d) technical information, such as device and browser type, IP address, usage logs and cookies.
2. No Expectation of Privacy
Unless you and Oraysai have otherwise agreed in a signed writing, you should have no expectation of privacy or confidentiality in your Submissions or Results. Oraysai handles information with reasonable care, but the Services are not a confidential channel. Please do not submit anything you would not want others to see, including personal, family, medical or financial details, or a private question you would bring only to your rav. Use of the Services does not create a rabbinic, professional or other privileged relationship with Oraysai.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to provide, operate and secure the Services; to manage accounts and the Client Portal; to respond to you; to comply with law; and to improve the Services as described in Section 4.
4. Using Submissions and Results to Improve the Services
Oraysai may review, analyze and use Submissions, Results and feedback to evaluate, train, refine and improve Oraysai’s tools, models and skills. What one learner shares may help the Services give better answers to every learner. Unless otherwise agreed in a signed writing, this use is part of how the Services work, and information already used for this purpose may not be removable afterward.
5. Service Providers and Sharing
The Services rely on third-party providers, including hosting, analytics and AI model providers, who may process information on Oraysai’s behalf and under those providers’ own terms. We may also share information: (a) when required by law or legal process; (b) to protect the rights, property or safety of Oraysai, our users or others; (c) in connection with a merger, financing or sale of all or part of Oraysai’s business; or (d) with your consent. [Oraysai does not sell personal information.]
6. Retention and Security
We keep information for as long as the purposes in this Privacy Policy reasonably require, or longer where the law requires. We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is completely secure. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oraysai is not liable for any unauthorized access to, or loss, use or disclosure of, information submitted through the Services.
7. Children
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Parents and teachers who use the Services with students should supervise that use.
8. Your Choices
You may ask us to update or delete your account information by writing to the contact address in Section 10. We will honor reasonable requests as the law requires, subject to the limits described in Section 4.
9. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time and will post the updated version on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Services after a change is posted means you accept the updated Privacy Policy.
10. Contact
Questions about this Privacy Policy may be sent to [EMAIL]. Use of the Services is also governed by the Terms of Use.
